I know in years past many were unhappy with how Disney organized the Expo (lines, seating, overall logistics, etc.). Has that changed this year? I haven't heard any negatives and was curious.

I know Matt was lined up around 5:30 am this morning and there was already a line to get in. Today is supposed to be sold out. He's not happy that there is so much going on and he can't get in to see all of it.

Is the line just because the doors haven't opened yet? That could be causing it to cramp up.

I think when the doors opened they had to go right to the first event of the day and line up for that which didn't start until 10:00. I know DH was complaining about spending the day waiting on lines. Matt tried to get into the Once Upon a Time exhibit and he said he waited 70 minutes and was still in line. They were only letting around 10 people at a time in.

The Once costume exhibit you mean or the ship? I know that they have to restock Regina's wall on the ship because everyone's getting something from it. Maybe that is why. The presentation is this afternoon.

Not sure but I "think" the ship.

I don't understand how people are getting pictures out of the expo. Matt and Mike had to put their electronics into sealed bags.

Bottom line is, just like in the Parks, you can't see everything.

They've initiated "StagePass". If you get those, it guarantees you a seat in one early and one late presentation in the 2 smaller venues.

There is concurrent and overlapping programming that helps spread out the crowd (another reason you can't do everything). They had this for 2009, but not so much for 2011.

Right now I'm about 15 people from the front of the line for a presentation about the voices of Buena Vista Street. I already have a StagePass for the Once Upon a Time presentation and I got a free Disney Infinity figure...granted, I was on the show floor right at 9am.

If you choose to do any of the Arena presentations, it's a big time commitment.

Matt just posted that Bob Iger said figment won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

I've been watching coverage and Tony Baxter started his Legends acceptance speech with "Bring back Dreamfinder!"
