So here it is. If you had one day in each park, with a group of 10 other people, and a time frame of 10am-8pm, what would your itinerary be for the day?
Well, maybe! You just have to split up at some point or else it is too much to balance. I know from experience!
I would spend the morning together utilizing a fastpass 'runner' and having a good plan beforehand. Have lunch together at a quick service spot. Then split up for a little bit. Then come back together for dinner (probably quick service but possible one or two sit down dinners for the whole trip). And enjoy the rest of the evening enjoying whatever shows are going on or shopping.
Did you want specific itineraries for each park? If that's the case, everyone is different for which rides are a must do so that is why I suggest the splitting up. Don't you dare make me wait in line for Dumbo and Snow White when I could be on Splash Mountain
get the unofficial guide to disney. they have some really good itineraries that can be adjusted to be kid or adult friendly, etc. they are not written by disney or a partner so they tell you what to do in the most efficient order, not the order disney wants you to follow. i was a sceptic, but we tried them last visit and had a wonderful time. i also highly reccomend having a fast pass runner and allowing for some split up time. it causes agrevation when the whole group has to go on small world for the third time because that's what little johnny wants or everyone has to stop for a sit down meal because gmom needs a break, etc.

We went last year with a group of 13 this included 5 children from 3 families. My best tips- Get everyone to write down their must see/do. That way you can definitely try to accomodate these.
Next, multi-task within your group. If someone wants to wait for something (ex. taking an all important pic with character) others in your group can take a ride nearby. Just designate a meeting place.
Last, be flexible whenever possible. If you have kids, try to make them happy but, don't even try to make all adults happy. If needed refer back to the must see/do list and be willing to split up to cover more territory.
Hope this helps, we had a wonderful trip, much better than I thought it would be!
Okay ... I hope I'm not too late since your trip is Feb and that is today!!!
I'd get everyone together for an evening and share some park maps ... the guidebooks ... and ask folks what they've heard or know or experienced at WDW and start planning from there.
My fantasy is to win the lottery and take my entire staff for a week to WDW and I've thought about the planning a lot and figure ... it's their vacation ... let them decide!!!
One and only one strong suggestion: Your entire gang should go to Rope Drop at the Magic Kingdom. Not only do you walk in the gates as soon as it opens (getting a productive jump on the day) but Rope Drop is infectious (did I spell that right?) fun!!!
We went with a group of 12 ages 1-60 a few years ago. What worked for us best was to have 1 planned sit down meal each day that everyone enjoyed. It was a mix of breakfast/lunch/dinner (but mostly lunches & dinners as the teenagers were not keen on the morning thing). That way we at least saw everyone each day & could talk about our plans. I had also put together a 1 page "cheat sheet" that I handed out with all park hours, special activities etc & the planned "park of the day" based on the info.
No feasible way to keep everyone happy if you must stay together the entire day/trip. Relax & enjoy!
Oh, I just noticed from the previous posts that you may already be there - hope it is going well - let us know what you did!
