As I get older, I'm finding that during "that time" I'm all out of whack. My hormones go crazy and I get REALLY emotional. I've been reading online about Estroven PMS and am wondering if it helps. My SIL takes a prescription med, but she has to take it every day and it seems to cause weight gain which I struggle with enough already. 
The Estroven PMS, you just take when you need it. Also, I can't find it locally, everyone has the regular Estroven (for menopause) but not the PMS formula. 
So if you use it and like it, can you tell me where you buy it? Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
