How do you save a word doc as a JPG??

I don't think you can. You can possibly save it to a PDF. That is about as close as you can get. If you can get it into a PDF, someone with Photoshop (photoshop elements? I don't know) can import it and save it as a jpeg for you.

If it is something that fits on the screen, then do a screen capture and you can save it in a variety of image file types.

I'm not sure what it is for Windows, but if you are using a Mac, it's Command-Shift-3 (for whole screen) and Command-Shift-4 (t select certain area of screen).

I think for Windows, it copies it onto your clipboard and then you can paste it into any program and then save it as the appropriate file type.
