Question for Teva experts

Anyone know what stores sell Tevas? I got my first pair online from Sierra Trading Post and plan on buying another pair but I want to know if any brick and mortar stores carry Teva so I can check them out up close. Thanks!

I bought mine at galleons (sp?) and they were on clearence for $20. Also if you have an REI nea you, they carry them. ~KPmom

REI-outlet.com has the TEVA hurricanes right now for 19.99 (half price). If you have a dividend from last year.....even better!

Galyans is an excellent sports store that originated in Indy. They will have Teva's and usually fair prices.
I bought a pair of Salomon Amphibious water shoes a couple of years ago for our Disney land/sea trip. they wre excellent. Walk right through the puddles during all the rain. comfortable shoes but the only problem was that after they got wet and you were them without socks......STINKY! DW won't let me take them this time. On the look for new Teva's myself.

EMS-(Eastern Mt Sports) and Bob's Stores sell them.
EMS sells the more expensive models- they are much more comfortable than the basic ones. I have the Pretty Rugged's, they are sooo comfortable- I wear them all day in the parks w/out a problem.

Castillo Mom I noticed you are in California too-- I got my Teva's at Copeland's Sports. I also saw them at REI. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. Perfect for Disney walking!

This may be a silly question - but do Teva's come in wide widths?

I wear a wide and I have one ankle that is bigger than the other (if you look at Towncriers X-rays on the community board you'll see what the inside of my ankle looks like)

The one time I tried on a pair of Teva's the strap over the ankle was too short.

Do they make them bigger?

Has anyone actually worn the Teva Hurricane while at WDW?

It seemed kinda thin when I looked at it compared to others.

My DD has Hurricanes- she doesn't think they are very comfortable- she likes my Pretty Ruggeds much better for comfort. I'm actually going to get her a better pair before our April trip.

Question on sizes...do they run true to size? I am typically a Women's 10, but depending on width, I go to 11 or try a Men's 8.

Any opinions?

One trip to Disney- I brought sneakers and my Tevas- on day 1 we had a bad downpour- my sneakers got soaked- I wore my Pretty Rugged's everyday after that because my sneaks didn't dry. Personally, I think my Tevas are much more comfortable. I wear them in parks all the time when its warm enough. My sneaks on cooler days. Tevas are great on Kali Rapids/Splash Mt- no wet sneakers to slosh around in.
As far as sizes- I think they run pretty true- I wear a womans 8 in sneakers and my Tevas are 8's and are a perfect fit. I don't believe they come in 1/2 sizes and I think they recommend sizing down if you do wear a 1/2 size.

Zulaya--- I'm also a women's 10 (more towards the 9-1/2 size)and I find they run pretty true. I've gotten to the point of being able to buy them online (any style - even the dressier ones) and they fit fine.

I'd just try a few pairs on first and mess around with the straps to get the sizing right. The slightly more expensive pairs have 3 adjustable straps (heel, foot, toes) instead of the normal foot/heel.

I have a pair of Teva Elixer and I ordered my normal size and they fit perfect.
