I booked my flight several weeks ago, then two weeks ago, I saw the price had gone down, so I went in, used the change flight key, and rebooked at the cheaper rate.
Yesterday, I thought the fare had gone down again, and tried to use "change reservation" again, but was unable to access my flights. I could go and look at my flights online to see reservation. When I called SW for help, the CSR on the phone said that since I had already changed my flight, I couldn't change it again. I know on one trip this year I was able to make multiple changes to get better fares. Are they limiting the changes that can be made? Am I stuck cancelling and rebooking if the fare goes down??
