Question for my fellow techies

Here's the deal I've been dependent on my Blackberry for close to 4 years. I was due to upgrade back in September, T-mobile holds the upgrade for 6 months, so I have to March to pick out my new phone. My options are to go with another Blackberry, get the Google phone, or try a totally different smartphone. I have another year left on my T-mobile contract so the I-phone is out of the question. Plus, I hated dealing with At&T/Cingular customer service.

What I want to know is what people think of using Windows Mobile as an o/s on a smart phone? Good bad and/or indifferent. Googling Windows Mobile doesn't really get me good opinions. Plus, I know fellow Dissers will give me opinions covering every possible option on it as an o/s. I'm turning to the experts.

I had the Samsung BlackJack II, which runs Windows Mobile. No real complaints.

Now on the IPHONE, i miss the REAL keyboard.
