We will be at OKW in exactly 28 days on rented points. I remember hearing that you don't get housekeeping service daily unless you pay extra for it.

My question is: can you get fresh towels daily if you request them or call housekeeping & will they supply soap & toiletries daily if requested?

They will do both, but also at an additional cost. I usually hang my towels to dry like I do at home and I bring my own shampoo (I hate Mickey Shampoo). The soap lasts until the Trash and Tidy day.

You will receive a Trash/Tidy service on day 4 (including check in dau as day1). You will get fresh towels at that time. On stays of 8 days or more you will get a full clean on day 4 and a Trash/Tidy 4 days later.

If you are in a 1BR or larger, you will have a full sized washer/dryer. If you are in a studio, you will have access to complimentary washer/dryers- soap is available at nominal cost.

You may order an extra set of towels for $6. (The set will include 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, etc)

We have rented a 2-bedroom so we have the washer/dryer. What about at the pool. Are there towels there or do you need to bring them from the room? We ALWAYS go through a lot of towels each day & I don't want to spend my vacation washing, drying & folding towels.

Yes, pool towels are provided for use at the pool.

For, $10 per day you can get the T&T service which gives you fresh towels, refills on some items and the maid empties the trash. $25 will get you a full cleaning.
