Question for Loews platinum members

I just got my platinum card in the mail!!!
Whet number do you call to make ressies in order to get the suite upgrade? Do you call Loews, Universal's number, or the hotel itself?

I just called 1-800-23loews two weeks ago and booked my suite using my platinum loews card. They book you in a deluxe room that is attached to a parlor. This is considered the "free upgrade" to a suite. I heard it's nice and spacious and the bigger of the two other resorts on property. They quoted me $284/night in June. Let me know if you are quoted any different.

When are you going in June? I just tried for either 6/11 or 6/24 for 1 night and there was no availability for the suites! Bummer!

I just got mine in the mail today too. I would rather get (if they ever have them again) the entertainment card rate, Fl resident or pass holder rate than pay full price to get my free upgrade. That is just my thought. I know they will not give you the "free" upgrade unless you book rack rate and maybe AAA. So to me, it really isn't free if you can get a discounted rate on a regular room

Just to let you know that we have 7 nights booked for the dates of June 18-24 for the suite. When I called I asked for availability and they told me there weren't too many left. I thought, yeah yeah that's what they all say-just to get you to book. I knew I didn't have anything to lose, so I booked it then. Glad I did. Keep calling, there's always cancellations. I also am a new Loews Platinum member.. Do you get an upgrade to concierge level or can you pay to upgrade ? The suite is also a nice perk Can someone tell me how many it will sleep.. We are a family of 7! Thanks !
