There's some "sleep through the night" Pixie Dust for ya, Glo! I have no idea why this happens, but it happens to me too! I figure I'm too young for hot flashes, but some nights I wake up just DYING under the covers because my body feels so hot. Then I can't fall back to sleep either. Glad to know I am in good company!

One other thought, if you have digital cable or satellite, turn on the golf channel, or the NASA channel. Nothing puts me to sleep faster than those two channels! (lol)
