Ok this is a silly quest I'm on but please humor me. A couple of weeks ago on vacation I had THE LIGHTEST biscuits and gravy...it was like they were made of air! I'm amazed. How can I get mine to be more like this at home?

Thanks! I'll try them once I get off this awful diet......

The biscuits were very airy, but the gravy was amazing too....If anyone is curious it was at The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Previously I've used the Bob Evans recipe for gravy but it comes out pretty thick- it's good but now I'm obsessed with this other style.
