Hi Dave!!

This is Trevor... we are also in the frozen north, NL to be exact. We are considering taking a Eastern Cruise in July of this year (7 Day) . We have three kids , one in a wheelchair.

My question comes as a result of reading your wonderful spa article. That was so great to read!!

You talked about booking the spa when you arrive, but you talked about going around to do other "pre-registration" things. What are some of these things you either have to or should sign up for at the beginning? You know the exchange rate...we want to get the most out of our loonies!

Btw, your reports on this board were so useful a couple of years ago when wew went to WDW, thank you!!

Sincerely.

Trevor in NL

I'm not Dave but I'll give it a shot.

There are usually 2 ressies people will try to do right away - the spa and Palo's. I believe both start taking ressies around 12:00. Depending on when you get on the ship, you might be able to go straight there first and then do lunch.

Also, if you wish to try to change your dining rotation or dining time, you should do that immediately.

The last rush might be if you plan on using Flounder's Reef nursery. You should make this as soon as possible as the popular time slots fill up fast.

There is no rush to register your kids for the normal kids club. I would try to do it before the lifeboat drill as it can get very crowded immediately after the drill.
