Question for crockpot users.......re: rice

I want to add some rice to my crockpot, but don't know how long it needs to cook. I've got chicken in the crockpot now, along w/some salsa. The rice is "instant" rice (box said it takes 10 minutes to cook on the stovetop).........so how long is that in crockpot time??

Also, I wanted to add some black beans. I imagine since they are already cooked I can just add them in the end to warm up.

When I make Salsa Chicken in the crockpot, I add the rice about 15 minutes before I am ready to eat. I turn the crockpot up to high for that time. I use minute rice. One of the great crockpot threads that pop up here on the Dis recommended that time. It always works great for me. Hope this helps!
