Question for College Program alumni

How did you put the College Program on your resume? I am in merchandise and I really don't know how to make it sound any different than your normal retail job.

I am currently in Marketing You and my teacher said that this is something that we will discuss near the end of class but that does not help me for applying for jobs right now.

I worked at the golf courses, but I just basically put my normal job description. The fact that it's retail AT Disneyworld is a huge plus already. You really don't have to spice it up much in my opinion. This is what I put:

Disney College Program Golf Operations Cast Member, Walt Disney World, Orlando, FL August 2004-May 2005
Assist guests with club rentals, service, and efficiently cleaning and providing carts to guests while giving the customer service people expect from Disney.

Secondary role providing crowd control with a smile and entertaining guests at 8-trax dance club in Disney’s Pleasure Island. This position included handling escalated situations in a discreet manner to minimize its effect on other guests
