Question for Bellsouth.net customers

Has anyone else noticed this? I am a Bellsouth.net customer and use their mailguard service to block spam. I noticed that I was not getting my usual amount of email and looked at mailguard. Starting sometime in the last week, mailguard started blocking any message from a business. I am on several mailing lists that notify of sales that I am no longer getting. I have always participated in a particular poll that is now blocked. Also messages from a couple of magazines that I subscribe to are now blocked. The only solution they tell me is to turn off mailguard completely. (This is great, I now get to sort through a daily barrage of Viagra and worse ads.) I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this.

Is THAT what it is? I have noticed for the last week or 10 days I have not gotten 3/4 of my emails. I have been waiting for emails from my pregnancy update sites and stuff and I am getting nothing!!

How do I fix this? I don't get much spam to begin with so I don't mind weeding through it....

The gentleman that I talked with last night said my only solution was to turn mailguard off. It was kind of funny though because he looked at all the messages that mailguard was stopping and said he didn't understand why I would want to read any of them anyway. Just a different perspective but I have put my name on several email lists because I want to be notified of sales and special events. He wouldn't admit that they have changed what they are screening but I wondered if anyone else noticed a change over the last week.
