question for anyone who has purchased passes through hotwire

Did you get an email confirmation of your purchase? I ordered my parents passes the other day and then the next day ordered some Q&C vouchers but I haven't received an email about either one. I'm really crossing my fingers that we get them in time! Everywhere I read people said they got them much faster than the 7-10 days the site quotes. The $10 rebate link thing said something about printing out the confirmation email so I am a little concerned that I haven't seen one. I did get the "print this page for your records" page at the end, just no email.
 
no, they don't send you an email. I don't know why- that is about the only complaint I have about Hotwire so far.

I usually just copy and paste the order page into an email for myself.
 
thank you! That makes me feel much better! I did the exact same thing with copying it into an email to myself.

Now I just keep hoping they get here in time!
 
Same experience here. I actually called them to find out about not receiving a confirmation e-mail and they told me they DO NOT send them out. Guy I spoke to didn't know why the website said they did. And like you, I was very worried because I hadn't gotten one, but I believe you WILL receive your vouchers quickly.
