Hi Tricia, I just wanted to check something....Was it Magazines.com that was posted a while ago on the SM lounge. I wnated to rate them poorly, because although I have gotten my magazines I never did get credit, even after the trouble ticket was submitted. I wanted to make sure I got the right company though.
Also, I LOVE the idea of being able to look back at member ratings. I always look at these before I purchase. I wish that there was a way to differentiate though the difference between troubles with the company or product itself, and trouble getting credit.
For example, I got the magazines I ordered but never got SR credit, but I got credit for the Cafe Belmondo offer, but the coffee was AWFUL!!!
Anyway, thanks for all you do to make SR possible. I never thought that in a year I would be able to have saved as much as I have in giftcards toward a future trip to DW. I wouldn't be able to save that money otherwise, so it makes me really excited to see it building up. I think that may be the only way we'll get back there in the next several years!
