Question buying DVC rentals

I saw a website that offers Disney Vacation Club Point Rentals. It was through Mousesavers.com and it is David's Disney Vacation Club Points and the website is www.dvcrequest.com Anyone know anything about this site? We always stay onsite at the Disney hotels. Has anyone used this site or others with using others' points and staying at their site? I am curious and also wanting to know if it is real and worth what you pay for.

David is an advertiser on the DIS - I think there's a sticky @ the top of the board from him. If not on this board, check the DVC board - they are usually all over the place. Very reputable. They are not connected with Mousesavers other than being an advertiser there, like they are here, AFAIK.

He is very well known and reputable here on the DIS. His proces are a couple of dollars more than to rent from an owner directly but he has great customer interaction. He is the middle man and "connects" people with those needing to rent points. He is known as Daddio on the DIS and you can read some of his posts if you do a search I beleive.

As a DVC owner I can tell you that David's is highly reputable. He represents owners at all the DVC resorts so you can take your pick of deluxe resorts, pending availability.

Have to agree that David has a very good reputation. I have a reservation, at BWV, in Dec that I may very well have to cancel. I'm planning on handing those points over to David to rent out, for me. He takes away a lot of the 'unknown' for those of us who own DVC but need to dump points. I like that he checks out possible renters and acts as the middle man for us.
I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
