Okay I've decided to go with Crystal Palace for dinner before MVMCP. Now I need to know when would be the best/earliest time to eat before the party? Also when should these ressies go on sale? 60 days b4 or earlier like LTT?

You will have to book CP 60 days out. LTT is the only restaurant WDW is now using with MNSSHP/MVMCP dates at this time. I believe the parties start at 7:00PM. Depending on your family, I would give it 60 to 90 minutes. Since CP is a buffet, there's no waiting for food to be brought to you but there are characters to meet and greet.
