I apologize and am quite embarrassed about asking this question, but I know someone on this board will have the answer! I visited the WWoHP on 7/6 and paid extra to get the digital download of my FJ photo. I diligently took a photo of my letter and recorded the promotional code on my phone--just in case I lost the letter.
The problem is: I can't read the URL that I should use to retrieve the photos and as you probably guessed, I've lost the letter. I thought it was www.myuniversalphotos.com, but I couldn't find anything there. I suppose they could have deleted them by now, but it seems a little excessive to delete them less than one month after they were taken.
My own fault for not checking sooner, but thought I'd give it a try.
