Question about WOC

Hi all,
Upon last visit to DLR last year during the beginning of the 60th celebration, we watched the current WOC show that is still showing which is the 60th celebration WOC. My question is we are planning to head back to the parks tail end of October into early November and am wondering if they will keep the current WOC show or change it be it back to the previous one or a totally different one? Is there even any word on that yet or am I totally ahead of myself at this point in time?

Reason I ask is if it is the same show that we saw last year it would be one less item to worry about seeing fighting lines, wait times, and FPs for as we were SEVERELY disappointed with the current show and upon seeing the previous show before it was converted to the 60th show was even more upset that we missed the previous one for this less than stellar one.

Thanks for any and all help!

Unfortunately, it's far to early for DLR to announce anything about the holiday season in DLR. Personally, I don't think they're going to debut a new version of WoC this year (or bring back the older version of WoC), but it is possible that they'll present WoC: Winter Dreams (or some version of it) during the holiday season. Last year, they presented both WoC: Celebrate and WoC: Winter Dreams during the holiday season, so I think it's possible that they'll either do the same thing this year or present only WoC: Winter Dreams during the holiday season.

I suppose it's too much to hope they would run the original WOC and holiday versions this holiday season? We still haven't seen the original and everyone keeps taunting me saying how great it is. ;)

I'd be pretty surprised if they brought back the "original" version of WoC...I think it's more likely that they'll either come up with yet another version of WoC or tweek the current version (like they did with the original version). Disney doesn't seem like they like to bring back shows they've retired (other than MSEP).

Makes sense. But I would love to see something better than the ones I've seen. They were decent, but I just felt like there was still something missing. Especially the anniversary version.

Well if they decide to keep Celebrate that's fine, one less thing to see and to worry about, but hopefully they change it, just don't think it was good versus the previous WOC I've seen on YouTube.....

We're skipping it altogether---the one with Neil Patrick Harris? It's awful.....so dull. I know they are trying to capture some "original" magic, but snore.

I hope they switch over to the holiday show. That one is fantastic. Just wonderful.

I agree I was immensely unimpressed with Harris. Can't stand him to begin with and it really made it a lot about him so thoroughly did NOT care for the show. Only thing I recorded from it was Frozen since I'm a fanboy LOL
