At the WL, are there only cabin's available or are there still studios and villas to reserve through your points? When I look at allears.net it seems like there are only cabins there, but the point charts don't seem to reflect cabins rates? Also, does anyone own at WL? I don't see much about that resort since we have been looking into DVC, and I was wondering about anyone's experiences with this resort. I think I read somewhere where the WL was voted the best resort in the country, but I am concerned that I may be getting things confused.

Thanks so much!

Yes, I think you are confusing 2 similar names.

We stayed in the Cabins at Fort Wilderness Campground in 2002.

You want to look at photos and fact sheet for Villas at Wilderness Lodge. They have studios, one & two bedrooms, but no GVs.

Go back to the Allears.net site and look under Accommodations.

Thanks,
Rex

Fort Wilderness has cabins.

The Wilderness Lodge has rooms and suites.

The Villas at Wilderness Lodge has studios, 1 bedroom villas and 2 bedroom villas.

DVC members can use their points at VWL and they can also use them at the cabins.

We can not use our points to stay in the main lodge.
