Is the food court called Roaring Forks? Is it open 24 hours a day? I'm curious because we're not getting a fridge and we might need to get milk and other snacks for our little guy. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!

Yes, Roaring Forks is the counter type service where you can get drinks, some food, snacks, etc. Not quite a food court -- it is smaller.

Here is a link to the Allearsnet which has a great deal of info on all the resorts and parks. This link will take you to the menu pages of all the resorts. You can see exactly what Roaring Forks offers.

I don't believe it is open 24 hours, but the hours were convenient - and the selections were varied. We had no problem whatsoever. It was one of our favorite places at WL.

The hours for Roaring Forks that I have from last July are Breakfast 6:00am-11:00am
Lunch/Dinner 11:00am-12midnight
(grill opens at 7:00am and closes at 11:00pm)

We were there almost 4 years ago so my memory might not be too good on this...but it seems like we noticed that some of the same offerings (such as sandwiches, wraps and salads) from Whispering Canyon were at Roaring Forks for a much cheaper cost.

It wasn't the entire menu of Whispering Canyon, but we noticed several common items. Roaring Forks is rather small in size but don't let that fool you, they have a great variety and selection. It's more than just a place for burgers.

jawbones-Yes, Roaring Forks is where you fill your refillable mugs.
