Question about who can contact concierge

When our contact window opens, can anyone in the room email concierge for cabana reservations? Or does it have to be the lead person?

We are trying to figure out logistics since the lead will be traveling at 125 days.

Anyone on the reservation who has an account on the DCL website can log into the reservation (as long as they have the reservation number, as well as the name and birth date of someone on the reservation. One note, two people from the same reservation cannot be logged in at the same time.

As long you have the reservation number, it shouldn't matter. You could always set up an email to automatically send at 12:01am
