Question about Whispering Canyon Cafe

Hoping someone out there knows what the earliest time possible for a dinner ADR at Whispering Canyon Cafe would be. It would be for a Wednesday, in October, if that is of any consequence.

I am thinking around 5 except for Christmas and Easter day as I have had 4:45 dinner ressies on Christmas day
