Question about wheelchair rental...

I would like to rent a wheelchair for my mom to use on our November trip. We are staying at the Contemporary for the first time. She has some mobility issues and isn't able to walk far. It is my mom, me and my 11 year old son only for this trip. We have used Walker Mobility on past trips but that was when chair could be dropped off at bell services. Does anyone have any advice about having wheelchair rented and delivered to resort? Is it hard to meet up with them at the Contemporary? Should I use another company ? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

You call and arrange a meet up time that is convenient for you and for their delivery person, so it's not difficult

As Sue said, it is not difficult and they have super friendly people who drop off and pick up the chair.
