Question about weather

Can someone tell me what the humidity is like in July typically? We were at the GC last July and for the last week of our vacation it was very humid but people kept telling us that it's not usually like that. This year after spending 6 nights in Anaheim we are moving to a condo in Oceanside on the beach but it's not air conditioned and I am very concerned that we are going to be uncomfortable.

It should fine at night in Oceanside without air conditioning. During the day it will be warm, but I expect that you will be at the beach or visiting the sites. If you need any ideas on things to do, please ask.
