 Yippee less than one week until we depart on the Magic!! I have a question about the weather/showers for past cruisers. In looking at the weather for the next week it seems that we will run in to "showers" but still be at about 89/87 degrees. So... my question is, are the showers some what like it is in Hawaii, where is rains and then a few seconds later it is gone?? Just trying to get an idea of what to expect.

Thanks in advance for your help/input! :D

At sea, the ship will steer around isolated showers, if possible. In port, showers are often sporadic (in my experience), and many times if it is raining in the morning, the sun will be out in the afternoon. Of course, there are days when it will do nothing but rain, but that can happen anywhere. The combination of heat and humidity often results in scattered showers.

I've had cruises where the weather in the ports called for showers and have seen no rain at all. Hope you have the same luck!

Thanks Lloyd Dobler (BTW John Cusack is one of my very favorite and I love Say Anything)! I am thinking/hoping it will be light showers (which actually might feel good since it will be 87 degrees and 83% humidity) and not all day long.

Thanks again!
