Question about watching the Tink Half Marathon

We are planning to go to DLR for the Tink Half Marathon May 2017. My husband would be the only one running. Can my daughter and I get into the parks to cheer him on?

I believe that the highest level chEAR package has an in park option. There are spots outside of the parks on property and also spots city streets where you can see the race. If you were going to give him some kind of support item he might appreciate it later in the course, which will be on the streets.

i usually watch from the esplanade, downtown disney, and then i find a spot nearing the finish line. we text to let each other know where we are.
