Question About Valet Fee at Deluxe Resorts

(Hope this isn't a duplicate -- didn't post the first time.)

I have a question re: the daily valet fee at the deluxe resorts. We'll be at the GF next trip and will use valet since self-parking is so distant. Does the fee get charged to your bill on a per-night basis?

Also, do you tip in addition to paying the daily fee?

Yes and Yes!

We tip both when we drop off and pick up. $2 each way unless it's really bad weather. And if you drive a Prius, make sure to give the valet the little instruction card on how to drive it, and tell him to make sure to leave it very visable for whoever brings it back LOL!
