Question about upgrading to AP and "perks"

We are planning to buy multi-day tickets before our trip on a discount site and then upgrade to AP on our first day. Does anyone know if we will get all of our Photo Pass pictures beginning with the 1st day? I know we bought the prepaid photo pass one year (we didn't have AP) and we waited too long and it didn't include the 1st day of our trip, I think. I'm wondering if it would be the same if we upgraded to annual passes?

Also, if we want to buy TiW, can we do that on the 1st day? I don't even know what the process is to purchase. Can it be done online?

Yes, as long as your ticket you buy from the discount site are linked to your MDE account, all pictures will be saved.

I know a lot of acronyms, but you've got me on TiW, sorry.

4. You can buy it at the Guest Relations where and when you do the upgrade to AP.
