Question about upgrading PH in a pkg to AP..

We have a pkg trip booked at the Poly in April with 7 day PH with water parks. I would like to know if I can take the park hoppers and upgrade to AP's using my dvc discount. the cost of the 7 PH isn't that much less than an AP witht he discount and we plan on returning in Oct and Dec. If I can't I may change my April plans. Please help.

Yes, you can upgrade and get the DVC price.

If you want to upgrade to the plain AP, don't use any of the plus options before you do the upgrade. You can do the upgrade at any time as long as it is within 14 days of the first use of your MYW ticket. Your year for the AP will begin the earlier of the first day you used your MYW ticket or the day you go to Guest Relations to do the upgrade.

If you use any of the plus options on the MYW ticket, you will only be able to upgrade to the PAP.

In either case (upgrade to AP or PAP) you will get the DVC discounted price as long as you have your blue membership card to show the CM.

Fabulous, that is great news. It makes the cost of the cash trip a little easier to swallow. It does make me appreciate our dvc purchase.
