Question about transfering reservation

Can I book through COstco for less than Dreams then transfer to Dreams and get the rebate. I know this sounds like double dipping but I am always looking for a good deal when you are spending over $5,000. I didn't know if you kept the orginal booking price if you transfered the reservation

Not an expert but I had a concern recently about the competency of my TA (not chosen by me...long story...) but as was quoted to me:
"You cannot transfer from one TA to another without the first TA's consent."
It would be a bit unethical, "poaching" was another term used for a TA such as DU to accept a booking made through Costco.
Reservations made directly with DCL, online, by phone, or rebooking while cruising, CAN be transfered to a TA who will then earn the commission by handling your questions and concerns, additions to, or changes to your reservation prior to sailing.
I hope someone like a TA can add info to this if I have missed anything!
