Question about Tickets!

I was wondering if I could buy a 2 day base ticket online then when I arrived at Universal could I upgrade them to include express?

It just seems like I can't include that online.

Express isn't part of your ticket. You purchase it separately. Waiting until you get into the parks to actually see if it is needed, is the best idea.

Well I plan to go on the 23rd and the 25th of this month. I'm guessing I would be needing it with all the Harry Potter hype.

And yeah I just want to add it on to my base tickets.^^

If you really want it, just purchase it when you get there. It is a separate purchase that can be bought at pretty much any store in the park. Remember that the Forbidden Journey ride does not accept the express passes.

If you want to upgrade to the VIP ticket, which is unlimited express, you can do this at guest services. You will just pay the difference between your ticket and the VIP ticket price ($179 for a one day park to park and $269 for a 2 day park to park)

Really? I thought since HP was coming around it would bring more attendance to the other rides as well...

HP isn't a big point of interest for me. I of course want to try it out but there's other trips if needed.

What's VIP tickets??

It is a ticket that includes your park entry and unlimited express. Normal express passes only allow one express access per ride.

i would wait to buy express, some days there is no wait for rides...and FYI express does not include Harry Potter ride...

I'm with you on this one! Wait till you get to the park. You can always buy at any major merchandise store inside the park if you end up needing it.
