Question about the wings at Rainforest Cafe

Can anyone tell me if the wings at the Rainforest Cafe are fried? At our local Ruby Tuesday's they fry them but don't use flour. They are absolutely delicious.

If they are just the baked kind that's fine too. Thanks for your help!
