Question about The Palms Hotel & Villas...

I was looking thru expedia and was interested in booking The Palms Hotel & Villas for my vacation. I found the hotel's website and it looked to me that they do not have these "standard" rooms like they are offering on expedia. I went to call the hotel and no one picked up (I also tried to email them but the email was returned to me). I'm not sure if the phone number is out of date on their website or if they just arn't available because its new years day? I'm a little confused to say the least.

I'm just curious is anyone else has stayed here before in one of these "standard rooms" or if anyone could give me some advice ?

I'd hate to book everything with expedia and get there and have something messed up .
