I booked my stay from 8-21 to 8-26 (free dinning!). I originaly bought two- 6 day park hopper / magic your way tickets. But then did some research and realized that it is a better deal to just buy 10 day tickets for like $11 extra. Even though I am only there for 6 days (pbbly only 5 days at the parks), I figure I can keep them for a later time and save A LOT of money. HOWEVER, can I add the no expiration date option on my unspent days at disney at the end of my stay... or should I do it now ? Is it cheaper to book late? Any help would be great. Thanks!

My understanding is that you can add the non expiration option, but you have to pay it based on the total of your original number of days. In other words, if you upgrade your 6-day passes to 10-days, in order to get the price break, you will also have to pay the non-expiration option for 10 days, so it will definitely cost more than just $11 more.

so either way, I might as well add the no expiration date now then? I have the 10-day tickets with park hopper/ magic plus for what I think is $293 per ticket, and I was told it would be an extra $55 per ticket for non-expiration.

My understanding was that the non-expiration feature on 8,9, and 10 day tickets is $100. For the 7 day tickets, the cost is $55.

I priced the 10 day premium tix w/ no expiration, and if I remember right, they came to around $390 per adult. To upgrade from 7 day hoppers to 10 day non expiring premiums was close to $500 for two adults and 1 child.

For tickets that come with a package, ordering all the features immediately or adding them later costs the same.

At least one cast member (at Guest Relations at Epcot) told me that once you check in and receive your park tickets, the tickets can have non-expiration and other features added as if the tickets were purchased one at a time.

Avoid the 8 and 9 day non-expiration, instead get (or add more days to attain) 10 or 7.

>>> 7 day with hopping only upgraded to 10 day premium non-expiring costs about $500. for two adults and one child ---

To do this we add plus pack for $48. and non-expiration for $107. (same for both adult and child) and 3 more days for $11. adult or $8. child. Total add on including tax for all three tickets: $495.
