Question about the Disney Vault?

I was looking at the movies on the Disney Vault website and noticed some
of the movies (such as Cinderella) which has already been released has "TBR Nov.20 2012" marked beside it.
What does TBR stand for?
I assume it means, to be removed, but just want to clarify..

Marketing I assume, but whatever the reason it's a real bummer.
I've been on the hunt for Snow White on DVD only to discover it's been vaulted with no set release date.
