Question about the Dining Plan Resturants....

Hi... we are leaving on Sunday 9/25 for two weeks at the world(only 9 days.... I cannot wait !!!!). We are on the free dining plan and I just have a simple question for those of you who have used it. When you check in and they give you your key to the world do they give you any information about what resturants are currently on the plan and when you are out there touring are the available resturants and their available selections well marked out in any way. I printed off the .pdf list that is on www.disney.com but from what I can see is that it is a tad bit out dated. Any help on this would be greatly appriciated

I was told by our TA that you will get a pamphlet much like the one posted on the boards with all restaurants that participate and how many credits each uses - signature restaurants use TS and such when you check in - the room pass is all inclusive in that it is your passess and room key and disney dining card too.

We returned alst week using the Dining Plan. They give you a brochure which looks just like the printout from the internet. The only place that had a sign or anything stating what was included on the Dining Plan was the Earl of SAndwich in Down town Disney. They had a sign right by the register where you order. By the way, the Earl of Sandwich was GREAT and I can not wait to go back! It may not be the best 'value' on the meal plan since the prices are very reasonable, but it is high quality and very good.

Due in part to an apparent great deal of confusion, eligible snacks at snack carts and locations are now marked with a symbol on the menu board. Snacks at the resorts are MUCH more flexible, choices at Tangierine Cafe are limited (e.g. Coke but not iced tea as the beverage with CS meals, and ONLY baklava for dessert), and your server at TS meals can answer any specific questions about what on the restaurant's menu is and is not eligible.
