Question about Tervis cups

I recently purchased the 2015 Tervis cup on the Fantasy cruise. It has a yellow top and 2015 written across it.
I love collecting them!!! Unfortunately, it was lost at the airport terminal on our way home. I called Tervis to see if I can repurchase one from them, but they are exclusive to Disney cruise line. Does anyone know if there is way of contacting the Cruise line to repurchase one?

If not, would anyone mind picking one up for me? I would send you a money order to cover the cost of the cup and shipping? I would also need help on how to private message.

As to the cup - if you have a receipt from something you've purchased on the ship, I believe there's a phone number on there for contacting them (think I read that here once).

You could try Disney Merchandise Guest Services at 877-560-6477. I think that's part of the Disney Parks organization, but they might be able to help with DCL stuff as well.

I found this out the hard way with my 2014 mug. I sent it in under warranty and they didn't send it back since they couldn't repair it. They sent a replacement, but it wasn't the same. Don't use sunscreen with your tervis it clouds it. And don't send cruiseline mugs to the company.
