Question about temporary monorail schedule

So my family is staying off site and we have an 815am ADR at CP. How are we supposed to get there from the TTC without the monorail???

There's also the ferry.

taxi is not going to help make rope drop at MK as taxi takes you to the TTC not MK unless something has changed.

You can have the taxi take you to CR and then walk to MK.

Not much consolation for shelling out the big $ at a monorail resort. Disney owes those guests much more advanced notice or a significant discount to stay or transfer to another resort, in my opinion.

For a very few hours per day so they can perform necessary work with as little overall interruption as possible and they'll be providing alternate transportation?
They're giving as much advance notice as possible.
These are Magic Kingdom-area resorts; Disney doesn't designate any resorts according to the transportation available because that can change but the location can't.

Via the ferry, as siskaren suggests, or on one of tge buses that will be available until the monorail starts running evey day.

Ehhh....I really can't imagine 1 hour really makes that much of a difference. If they would start the running just an hr earlier; I think that would help a lot of ppl. as ppl could actually make it to the parks on time for rope drop.

One hour must make a difference or they wouldn't be involving that hour. These are the hours it was determined would be needed. Fewer hours per night would take longer overall. Even Disney has budget and time restrictions.

Thanks. So either we will to take the ferry or a bus. Anybody have an idea of what time the buses and ferry will start running during this time? I was banking on the resort monorail because had been told on here that it started running by 715 am.

How would you get to Epcot if you have a 8:00 ADR?

If you're at one of the MK resorts, they will have a bus (but that will stop at all the MK resorts). With an ADR that early, I'd take a cab.
