question about switching resorts mid-stay, transferring luggage/cooler

We are getting very close to our first trip to WDW. We are staying at POFQ for 5 nights, then going over to WL for final three nights. I have been studying these boards for months, and have read that there usually seems to be no problem with having the resorts transfer luggage from one resort to the other. Will there be any problem with also transferring a cooler? I am hoping to get a throw-away type cooler at our grocery stop, and am wondering if this is something they will frown on transferring when we switch hotels. Have any of you done this in the past??

Will there be any problem with also transferring a cooler?

There shouldn't be a problem. I'd just make sure that all extra water is drained and there's just enough ice to keep everything chilled. Also you might want to have them wrap some packaging tape around it to keep the lid secure.
