Question about SWA credit

My sister got a ding fare for her upcoming honeymoon and now has a credit with SWA. She told me that if possible--I can use the credit that she has for our trip to Disney in September--is this possible and how can I go about doing it. I have never flown SWA--or not as an adult anyway--and not sure how this would work. Thanks!!

you will need to get the confirmation number of the flight she canceled and recieved the credit and the credit card holder's name. You'll see the section where it says apply ticketless funds. Enter the info and they'll give it to you.

keep in mind that even if the credit covers the whole cost of your ticket, you still have to enter in a valid credit card in the payment section. I won't be charged but the system won't let you move forward without it.
