question about strollers

Hi everyone. I always take my own stroller, but my cousin wants to rent one for her little girl. Her question is, since they introduced the new strollers in the last couple of years, do they recline (lay back) for sleeping children? I know the old ones did not, but I am not sure about the new ones.

They do not recline but they are larger (seat wise) than those old ones and have seen many kid passed out in one.
