When we were at Disney in July 2009, we searched hi and low for Stitch merchandise. The only place we found hats and shirts, etc. was at MK right next to the Carousel of Progress. We went to DTD and looked at several hotels (including the Polynesian), and we couldn't find anything. And, unfortunately, we didn't buy the merchandise we found at MK the day we were at MK because I thought we would be able to find it all over the world. Does anyone know of other places that sell Stitch merchandise? As you can probably tell, my DS (9) loves him!

Thanks

Heading to POP 12/15/10 - 12/21/10

I'm interested in finding out where to buy some stitch mdse. We our looking for a stuffed stitch with any costume(not the regular one). My DD is in love with him, she has over 11 stuffed stitches. she liked to make it 12

Not sure what to tell you, as we haven't been down to WDW since Dec. 2008...

But the shops at the Poly used to carry a lot of Lilo & Stitch merchandise. We've bought numerous plush & pins, and have seen a wide variety of themed ornaments, photo frames, apparel, etc. in the Poly shops over the years. I hope they have not discontinued all of that line of merchandise. We like Stitch too! :confused3

We went to the Polynesian during our trip in July 2009 because we were for sure they would have Stitch stuff. They didn't. I think they had the Stitch hands, but that was it. Maybe they have more merchandise out during the holidays? I am going to check again when we go this Christmas. We even talked to the employees at the big DTD store, and they said they didn't carry any shirts, hats, etc. We looked in all of the shops. Very disappointing to a child.

I think the place with the most Stitch merchandise is the gift shop where Stitch's Great Escape lets out in the MK.

This store is usually almost nothing but Stitch, did you look in here??

We've found Stitch merchandise in Pop's store - plush is what I can recall mainly. Also, world of Disney at DTD had Stitch stuff.
Poly - we always see a lot of Stitch stuff. Not sure name of store, but it's on 2nd floor, come off monorail and it's to your right.

My daughter is also a Stitch freak. We bought Stitch hands and Stitch head hat at Merchant of Venus, the shop in Tomorrowland that has already been mentioned. At DTD at the Disney's Design-A-Tee shop, you can get a personalized Stitch t-shirt. My daughter got one that says, "Marley loves Stitch" and every time Stitch saw it at a meet and greet he'd go crazy! :) There is also a package of a Stitch lanyard that comes with multiple Stitch pins that you can find in several places around WDW. There are MANY different Stitch pins available and we have collected a lot of those. Still, your best bet to find merchandise is probably in Tomorrowland.

Just back a week ago today. We bought DS a giant stuffed Stitch at the Emporium. Also, he grabbed a birthday Stitch in a cupcake (also a plush toy) at World of Disney. Don't worry- there is Stitch stuff in LOTS of places!

I almost want to ask if you are serious? We saw tons of Stitch stuff everywhere. WDW still hasn't gotten over their own infatuation with Stitch and trying to cram him down everyone's throat, I'm just glad the Stitch castle didn't stick around.

My niece bought these item over the last two trips: Robot Stitch (walks and talks), Stitch game (push the tooth-might snap mouth), face cloth with Stitch, a stuffy, Stitch charms for her necklace, a shirt with Stitch and a bunch of other characters. I might have forgotten a few things.

Well, if you really want to make a BIG commitment to find lots of Stitch merchandise, head to Japan. They are INSANE for Stitch. And I'm not talking about at Tokyo Disney and DisneySea... I'm talking about all over Japan.

Many, many Japanese tourist-type spots had Stitch incorporated into their souveniers. We visited Nagoya castle, which has a large, gold fish on the top. They were selling statues, and pens with Stitch climbing on the fish (like King Kong). We saw evidence of Stitch in Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Takayama, and Kamakura.

I guess it all has to do with the Japanese anime version of Stitch (minus Lilo) that runs over there. Sort of interesting to watch on YouTube.

Also, it may have to do with the whole "Maid Cafe" culture thing, but there was a lot of Disney music (from various movies) playing all over Japan. I heard "The Little Mermaid" soundtrack playing in a Tokyo subway. Very weird.

LOL. Prepare yourself if you ever go to Japan. We found Stitch merchandise everywhere, including gift shops in and around the shrines of Nara. (Imagine finding Mickey Mouse at Colonial Williamsburg.) After seeing the hundreds of deer around the shrine, we had to get a plush of Stitch dressed in a deer costume.

The birthday stitch you bought was it a big one or the little one. We have the little beanie size, but would like to have the bigger one.

I could've sworn there was Stitch stuff all over the place--I know this because I've been on the lookout for it these past 2 trips!

I agree Tomorrowland is probably where you'll find the most, but maybe your problem is you don't want what they have? As much as I love Stitch, I actually came back from both trips with very little of his merch beyond 2 pins and some smashed coins. The problem being the majority of it I have no use for and/or it was designed for kids (something I'm not).

Slightly OT, but does anyone know where Stitch hangs out for autographs? I've never really paid attention because he's not one of my favorites but my son is suddenly crazy for Lilo and Stitch. We're going in August and the character breakfast at Poly was booked up on the days that we had available so I was hoping to find him at the parks somewhere. Thanks!

I've seen him lots at AK, I believe it's near the Island Merchantile.

He's suppose to be around Tomorrowland, but we didn't spend a lot of time there. My niece likes the Winnie the Pooh ride.

I found him right as we walked into Epcot.
