Hi,

Can anyone tell me whether Spoodles for breakfast is a buffet or fixed menu to order from?

I have read the menu on wdwinfo.com, there is no mention of a buffet, but on another podcast I listen to it says that Spoodles do an excellent breakfast buffet!!!! help please!!

:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

Its a menu place, and when we went it was not good at all. Should have popped $10 more and gone to Cape May

thanks ever so much - I thought that it was set menu - but the other Podcast threw me!

Prior to 9/11 it was a buffet. After all of those cutbacks, the buffet never returned. Since we use the dining plan, we don't generally do sit down breakfasts, but it has always been one of our favorite breakfast spots. We really enjoy it, so I have to disagree with the previous poster. However, I should say that we haven't eaten there in about two years.

It's a fixed menu and we LOVED IT!:thumbsup2

It isn't a buffet, but as I recall they have an All-You-Care-To-Eat Breakfast Platter. None of us ordered that and we thought the food/service was horrible. I think our ADR was at 8AM (we were staying at the BW) and we didn't get seated until 8:15... when we walked in the dining area we only saw people at 4 tables. As we started eating, we figured out why... yuk. We should have just stopped at the bakery.

We had breakfast at Spoodles last August and really enjoyed it. Not a buffet and none of us got the all you care to eat platter. But we did have some kind of eggs/bacon/biscuit/potato plate that we all thought was very good. Walked up with no ADR around 7 or so and were seated almost immediately. We don't normally do sit down breakfast but since we were staying at the Boardwalk and it was handy we decided to give it a try. Enjoyed breakfast so much that I called and got an ADR for dinner later that week. Dinner was terrific as well.
