Question about split stay with a cruise in between

I all, I'm not sure where to look for the answer to my question. We're doing a trip this summer that starts at POR, then a 3 night dream cruise and a single resort night after (likely all stars). Can I check some items I don't want to bring on the cruise with us in at the end resort? Will they hold it for us? Thanks in advance!

Better than that, you can leave the items you don't want to take with bell services at POR then they will transfer the luggage to your end resort for you, so it will be there when you check in
