Question about special offer

I’m looking at staying at pop in late august for 4 nights. I have disney+ but there is no availability for a preferred room. I also tried several different dates. If I don’t use the offer, preferred rooms are available for the same dates. Is this something a phone call could help with or is it what it is? Thanks

If a resort/room category is not in the discount inventory, there is nothing a CM can do. You could always book and keep checking to see if the room goes into discount inventory at some point - inventory changes all the time.
