Question about Southwest Buffalo

Hi,

I am going to be doing my Dad's boarding pass for them over the net. Now where do they go at Buffalo to pick it up. Is there some special kiosk for this or do they just ask for a print out of it at the Southwest Airlines check in. And what do they do...do they give their confirmation number etc...

I know at Albany they can get it printed from a kiosk OR at the counter. If they are seniors and using the senior discount and their ages have been previously verified, you must have their confirmation number and their Rapid Rewards number, otherwise they are not eligible for online checkin. If they use any other type of fare you just need their confimation number.

when they check their bags they can get a reprint of the boarding pass at the check in counter

yes all they need is their 6 LETTER/NUMBER code ......plus of course their ID ...passport or licences ( something with picture on it )
