My girlfriend booked a flight this morning on Song for Easter week...She is flying from Bos to Fort Myers and then MCO to boston....she got $79 each way this a.m.!!! Now the Fort Myers fare is still there but I am thinking she got some sort of "mistake" on the mco-bos portion! It is $299 now and has been since it was released! Well, she is booked on a 5:00 p.m. flight home which is no longer listed on their website! So my question is....does Song remove a flight from it's site when the plane is full? I told her she better call Song and make sure that the flight still exists and if not they need to honor the fare she paid and get her on another flight!

Anyone?

Kim--a phone call wouldn't hurt. I was checking yesterday, and they had changed my departure time 4x, and changed the flight number. 1 one minute phone call, and I was all set. However, something was up with Song. I'm kicking myself, since I bought JB flights for ~$199 one way, and the same flight/time/day on Song is now $79. But, it is what it is.

So, I would have her call, with her confirmation, and just double check. But I do think they pull flights when they're full (which I doubt) or when they are fussing with the site.

Thanks Deb....I was hoping you would respond! I was going to email you to tell you the news but then I realized you were traveling in Feb. and I wasn't sure which airport other than MCO. What happens if you call JetBLUE and tell them you found a cheaper flight? Maybe that is worth a call as well! :flower:

In the past...Song had told me that they only offer a certain number of seats at a particular fare...say $79. When all those seats are purchased, it bumps up to the next highest fare. What probably happened is that she was able to purchase the last few tickets available at $79.

They have never offered the $79 fare...since the day the dates opened they have been $299!
